一种基于肤色模型和眼睛定位的人脸检测方法

Abstract

Abstract: A skin color model and eye location based method for face detection is proposed.In this method，skin color model and mask are used for the task of rough location，which give some possible regions of faces.Then directional templates based eye location is performed to verify the presence of face and accurate location.Experiments demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed method in complex backgrounds.

摘要： 提出了一种基于肤色模型和眼睛定位的人脸检测方法。首先利用肤色模型和掩膜进行粗定位，确定人脸可能区域，然后通过基于方向模板的眼睛定位进行人脸存在的确认和精确定位。实验证明了该方法对于复杂背景下人脸检测的有效性。
