Dynamic angle precision real-time evaluation technique for strap-down INS

Abstract: To fulfill the need of dynamic angle and angle rate precision real-time evaluation of the strap-down INS, a model for angle and angle rate precision evaluation is designed. Using the test system composed of a three-axis turntable, an electronic horizontal situation indicator, a gyroscope north seeker and so on, the angle precision testing software can automatically control the three-axis turntable to simulate the sway, acceleration, deceleration, still, uniform motion state for the strap-down INS, as well as carry out the real-time data acquisition of both the turntable and the INS, and then calculate the statistical error of the testee. OCTANS experimental results show that the proposed method is efficient and all-round, and it is a very applied method for INS real-time dynamic performance evaluation with high precision.

摘要: 针对验收和使用捷联惯导过程中对其姿态角、姿态角速度精确动态测试及性能评估的需求,设计了角度和角速度精度评估模型,利用高精度三轴转台、电子水平仪和高精度陀螺寻北仪等标准设备构建了检测评估系统。该系统可自动操控转台为被测捷联惯导提供动态角度和角速度激励,模拟摇摆、加速、减速、静态、匀速多种工况,并实时采集转台和捷联惯导的姿态角和姿态角速度输出偏差,实现了对动态角精度进行实时评估。通过检测OCTANS角精度实验,证明了该方法实时有效,动态激励全面,检测精度高,为捷联惯导动态角精度的评估提供了工程实用的新途径。
