Abstract: In the network intrusion detection system, clonal selection algorithm converges too slowly, and there is degradation in the process of mutation. Combining vaccination technology in biological systems and Cauchy mutation can generate greater range of random numbers, improve these two shortcomings about clonal selection algorithm respectively. Experiments show that the improved algorithm significantly accelerates the convergence rate and improve the detection rate.

摘要: 在网络入侵检测系统中,克隆选择算法已经取得了长足的发展,但是它仍然存在的很多缺点,例如算法收敛过慢,且在变异过程中有退化现象。结合生物系统中疫苗接种技术和柯西变异能产生较大随机数范围的特点,可以分别改进克隆选择算法的这两个缺点。实验结果显示,改进后的算法明显加快了收敛速度,并且提高了检测率。
