Abstract: To effectively deal with series problems of existing consistency check method of group decision making, especially for characteristics of group decision-making such as multivariate decision orientation, numerous decision-making plan, heterogeneous decision attribute and varied decision-making information, this research proposes judgment consistency check method of overall information navigation level, the rounds adjust strategy of inconsistency decision-making information and information gathering methods by axiomatic describing to conventional hybrid unstructured multiple-attribute group decision making, according to the overall decision-making information judgment strategy of plan level to the attribute level, based on the introduction of group decision-making judgment consistency analytic complexity by bringing in ticket-right concept and the depiction to integral information representation scenario of unstructured multiple-attribute group decision making. Example results show that the proposed methods in the study are effective and feasible.
