摘要: 借鉴多属性群决策和粗糙集理论,提出了基于优势关系的多属性群决策方法。该方法采用优势关系进行粗粒度划分,其适用于解决一些注重时效的实际问题。在多属性群决策问题中,利用优势粒结构的相似度确定各评价指标(属性)的权重;通过专家评价相似度定义各专家在群体中的共识程度,确定各评判专家在群体决策中的权重分量;集结群决策计算结果得到被评价者的综合能力排序,并通过实例验证了上述算法的有效性。

Abstract: Based on the theory of the multi-attribute group decision and rough set, the paper proposes a multi-attribute group decision method based on dominance relation. Compared with fine-grained classification method, it is applicable to solve some practical problems with the requirement for the high timeliness. In the multi-attribute group decision problem, the similarity of the structure of dominance granule is used to fix weight coefficients of the evaluation index(attributes). Then, the assessment experts’ consensus degree is defined by determine the weight distribution of and assessment experts in group decision. Finally, this paper gets the rank ordering of the comprehensive ability about the persons who are evaluated by gathering the calculation results of group decision. The effectiveness of the algorithm is verified by an example.
