Abstract: The technology of image deformation can be used to generate personalized facial cartoon.By the method，a personalized face image，a facial cartoon and a standard facial mesh are used.The standard facial mesh is deformed to match the face image and cartoon image，using the RBF networks established with extracted feature points.So personalized facial mesh and cartoon mesh are obtained.The cartoon image is then mapped to the facial mesh as texture.And the shading effect of the original facial image is preserved through YCbCr color space translation and transfer.Personalized facial cartoon is generated.
