摘要: 详述了设备综合效能(Overall Equipment Effectiveness,OEE)的古典定义,提出了以OEE为基础的设备效率指标系统以及通过该指标系统对企业设备或生产线效率进行系统化诊断和改善的方法,指出了设备综合效能在企业应用的不足之处。建立了基于制造执行系统的设备综合效能应用框架体系,阐述了设备综合效能在制造执行系统中的应用,并介绍了系统的主要功能。给出了应用在香烟制造企业的实例,并进行了实例验证。

Abstract: The classical definition of Overall Equipment Effectiveness(OEE) is introduced,the indicators system of equipment effectiveness is proposed based on OEE,which is used as a method for detecting and improving equipment effectiveness in production lines.The shortage of practical application in enterprise is analyzed.An OEE application frame based on manufacturing execution system is constructed.The main functions of OEE system are indicated in details.A practical application in tobacco industry of China is constructed to prove the validity of OEE system.
