小波变换在牛鞭效应消噪处理中的应用研究

摘要: 牛鞭效应是供应链系统中固有的,想彻底消除不太可能,但可以探索一些有效的方法对其带来的风险进行有效控制。利用小波变换技术,对牛鞭效应名义周期中的“毛刺”(噪声)进行处理,滤除了信息中的高频部份,保留了信息的波峰与波谷细节,为牛鞭效应的控制和供应链的管理提供了决策参考。

Abstract: Bullwhip effect is inherent in the supply chain system,and it is impossible to eliminate completely,but its risk can be controlled by exploring a lot of effective ways.In this paper,wavelet transform technology is used to deal with the “Burr” (Noise) of bullwhip effect nominal cycle,and the part of high-frequency is filtered,the details of wave crest and trough are retained.All of these can provide a reference for the decision-making of bullwhip effect control and supply chain management.
