Abstract:

This paper studies knowledge transfer in collaborative innovation of a two-level supply chain composed of a supplier and a manufacturer. It analyzes the effects of decentralized decision-making, centralized decision-making, common revenue sharing decision-making and bargaining decision-making on knowledge transfer decision-making in collaborative innovation of supply chain, and compares the size of relevant variables under four decision-making situations and the change rule under different knowledge absorption capacity. The results show that the revenue sharing contract mechanism can significantly increase the amount of knowledge transfer in collaborative innovation of supply chain, improve the overall profit of supply chain, reduce the retail price and wholesale price of products, and the effect of the revenue sharing contract mechanism under bargaining conditions is more obvious than that of the common revenue sharing contract mechanism. It is found that the revenue sharing contract mechanism can effectively promote collaborative innovation among supply chain enterprises, and the knowledge absorption capacity among supply chain enterprises will also affect the efficiency of collaborative innovation in supply chain.
