摘要: 在气象数据及其与行业数据的融合分析过程中,数据的收集整理、统计软件的使用、机器学习参数的拟合等都涉及多学科的交叉应用,目前缺乏一套智能的、集成的在线分析系统,即数据获取、加工、分析及输出的一站式平台。针对以上问题,该研究建立了集气象数据统一服务接口(MUSIC)、WEKA二次集成开发、二维及三维可视化输出、外部数据及算法包导入为一体的一站式气象数据在线融合分析原型系统。以海拉尔地区为例,对气象要素进行建模及检验等融合分析,结果表明该系统能够为气象数据在各行业间的融合应用提供一个集约、便捷、快速的在线融合分析平台。同时为其他通用、专业的行业数据分析平台提供快速搭建及实现的思路。

Abstract: In the fusion analysis of meteorological data and industry data, the application of data acquisition, statistical software, parameter fitting of machine learning and other fields are all related to multidisciplinary cross applications, but a one-stop intelligent and integrate online analytical platform which includes unified and accessible data acquisition, processing, analysis and output is still not available. For the current issue, this research establishes a one-stop prototype system of on-line meteorological data fusion analysis, which includes the Meteorological Unified Service Interface Community(MUSIC), WEKA secondary integrated development, two-dimensional and three-dimensional visual output, and external data and algorithm packages importing. In this paper, the result is illustrated by the case of modeling and testing process of Hailar meteorological element fusion analysis, which indicates that this system can be used to provide an intensive, accessible and fast on-line fusion analysis platform for meteorological data among all industries, and offer new ideas about data analytical platform construction and realization to other general or professional industries.
