Distance Measure of Interval-Valued Complex Fuzzy Soft Sets and Its Application

Based on the concept of interval-valued complex fuzzy soft sets, various distance measure formulas of interval-valued complex fuzzy soft sets are defined, including Hausdorff distance, Hamming distance, Euclidean distance, generalized Hausdorff distance, generalized Euclidean distance, generalized weight Hausdorff distance, generalized weight Euclidean distance, weight Hausdorff distance, weight Hamming distance, and weight Euclidean distance. At the same time, this paper proposes the addition, multiplication, partial membership degree and partial non-membership operation except for intersection, union and complement operations and the operation properties between distance measures of interval-valued complex fuzzy soft sets are proposed. A TOPSIS method is constructed based on the distance measures of interval-valued complex fuzzy soft sets, and the TOPSIS method is applied to economic analysis. The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified.
