Application of generalized Morse wavelet in 3D profile measurements of objects

广义Morse小波在物体三维轮廓测量中的应用

Abstract: Optical active non-contact 3D profilometry measurement technology is widely used. In order to measure the 3D profilometry of the object surface, the generalized Morse is proposed as the mother wavelet, the continuous wavelet transform is performed on the projected fringe pattern which is deformed by the shape of the object, according to the relationship between the phase of the wavelet transform and the height of the object to determine the 3D profile of the object. And it compares with the current most popular complex Morlet wavelet as the mother wavelet. Simulation and experimental results show, due to the flexible time frequency local characteristics and strict analytical properties of the generalized Morse wavelet, generalized Morse wavelet as the mother wavelet is suitable, and the effect of measuring the 3D profile is better than that of the popular Morlet wavelet as the mother wavelet, measurement accuracy ratio is increased by about 20%.

摘要: 光学主动非接触式物体三维轮廓测量技术应用广泛。为了测量物体面形的3D轮廓,提出用广义的Morse小波作为母小波,对由物体表面高度调制而发生变形的投影条纹图像进行连续小波变换,根据小波变换的相位与物体高度之间的关系确定物体3D轮廓。并与当前最为流行的复Morlet小波作为母小波进行详细比较。模拟和实验对比均表明,由于广义Morse小波具有灵活的时频局部特性及严格解析性,广义Morse小波作为母小波是适合的,并且测量物体3D轮廓效果优于目前流行的用复Morlet小波作为母小波,测量精确率提高约20%。
