Precise measurement on cartridge’s trapezoidal groove size by machine vision based on LabVIEW

基于LabVIEW的药筒梯形槽宽视觉精确测量研究

Abstract: Conventional method is difficult to efficiently and accurately measure the groove width of the right angle trapezoidal groove of the cartridge size. It uses CMOS camera, dedicated optical lens, LED backlight, computer and other equipment to build a set of machine vision size measurement system, and uses LabVIEW and IMAQ Vision visual toolkit to develop a corresponding size measurement software. This system can accurately measure the trapezoid groove-width size of the cartridge. Through stability measurement experiment and repeatability measurement experiment on standard width, the results show that, this measurement system has stable and superior performance, its measurement accuracy can achieve 5 microns, and the measurement results are not affected by subjective factors. It is easy to implement industrial mass measurement, too.

摘要: 针对炮弹药筒的直角梯形槽槽宽尺寸的测量,常规方法难以实现高效、精确测量。以CMOS相机、专用光学镜头组、LED背光源及计算机为核心搭建了一套机器视觉几何尺寸测量系统,利用LabVIEW及IMAQ Vision视觉工具包开发了相应的尺寸测量软件,实现了药筒直角梯形槽槽宽的精确测量。通过标准槽宽药筒的稳定性和重复性测量实验,结果表明:该测量系统测量结果稳定,测量精度可达到5 μm,且测量结果不受主观因素的影响,易于实现工业化大批量测量。
