近红外光断层成像对三维柱体的仿真研究

Abstract: A newly imaging technology is presented in this paper which is Near-Infrared(NIR) optical tomography. Commonly used measurement systems contain frequency-domain measurement system, time-domain mearement system and continuous-wave measurements system. This paper uses a frequency-domain method to modulate. The grid subdivision is the basis of the forward problem and inverse problem. The properties of the meshing in sparse, symmetry and uniformity have an important impact on simulations, directly affecting the quality and performance of the reconstructions. It discusses the methods of triangulations and the levels of density. According to the comparison of time complexity and results, the reasonable methods are got to control the styles.

摘要: 主要研究了一种新的成像技术——近红外扩散光层析成像技术,常用的测量系统有频域测量系统、时域测量系统、连续波测量系统。综合考虑采用了频域的方法对三维柱体进行了重建成像。网格的划分是正问题和逆问题的基础,所划分网格的稀疏性、对称性和均匀性对仿真的结果会产生重要的影响,它会直接影响到空间分辨率及重建图像的性能。对网格的剖分方式及疏密程度的不同对其进行了研究,基于此网格对其进行了三维柱体的重建,通过在对其进行时间复杂度和重建效果的对比可以综合衡量,得到重建时网格如何划分才可以合理控制时间复杂度和重建效果。
