Abstract: In order to improve the ink presetting performance in printing digital workflow, an ink presetting technology based on image analysis is presented. The 1 bit TIFF image after processed by RIP is selected as the basis data for extracting the dot area of each inkzone. Then the mathematical model between the dot area and the ink key opening degree is established, the least square method is used to calculate the model parameters. The experimental results show the obtained ink amount can better fit the original data. The proposed technology not only can improve the printing efficiency, but also can reduce the printing wastes.

摘要: 针对印刷数字化流程中的油墨预置技术,提出一种基于图像分析的油墨预置技术。选择RIP(Raster Image Processor)后的1 bit TIFF图像为基础数据,提取各墨区对应的网点面积率;建立了网点面积率和墨键开度的数学模型,并采用最小二乘法求解模型参数,从而实现油墨预置。实验结果表明,所求取的油墨预置量可以较好地拟合原来的数据,采用该技术可以提高印刷工作效率,减少印刷浪费。
