Strategies of multi-mode control on sectional heating of reactor in nitrile synthesizing

制腈反应釜分段升温的多模式控制策略

Abstract: This paper proposes a multi-mode control strategies of the sectional heating reactor in nitrile synthesizing. According to the set heating curve and control requirements of the reactor in nitrile synthesizing, three strategies are recommended in three different stages. During the pre-heating process before reaction, strategy of soft manual operation can meet the control requirements of heating rapidly, while in the transition reaction heating stage, strategy of PID adjusting can meet the control requirements of follow smoothly, and in the last stable heating stage which determines the products quality, strategy of predictive functional control can meet the control accuracy. The control system design and implementation are described detailed. Especially, the issue of fluctuation is presented when control strategies change. The running results indicate that the system achieves the design requirements due to its good real-time, low overshoot and short transit-time.

摘要: 提出一种制腈反应釜分段升温的多模式控制策略。针对制腈反应釜设定的升温曲线与控制要求,在反应前的预升温段采取软手操的方式达到快速升温;在过渡反应升温段采用PID调节实现平稳跟随;在决定产品质量的平稳升温段采取预测函数控制(PFC)提高控制精度。详细给出了方案设计与方案实施过程,探讨了方案切换时的波动问题。现场使用结果表明,该方案实时性好、超调小、过渡时间短,达到设计要求。
