Method for simulation of pencil drawing texture based on wavelet layers

Abstract: This paper puts forward a novel method for wavelet transform by dividing the source image into different layers based on intensity layers.The color image is converted to a gray image,and different direction images are generated with wavelet decomposition.The four images is made reconstruction,for three high-frequency layers add Gaussian noise,and the motion blur is applied for all layers,it can achieve different texture direction.It applies neon processing,negative and gradation with a color image to generate shape in pencil sketching.It adds all layers with texture direction and contour together to obtain the final pencil sketch.The experimental result shows that,compared with existing algorithms,the approach can change the input image into colored pencil drawing more fast,and the result is satisfactory.

摘要: 基于原图像根据亮度分层的思想,提出了一种应用小波变换得到不同分层的新方法。采用小波将一幅灰度化后的图像分解并分别对低高频信息进行重构,提取重构后的三幅高频信息,添加高斯噪声,应用运动模糊生成不同方向的纹理。将彩色图像进行霓虹处理,再进行反相计算和灰度化,生成铅笔画中的轮廓。将不同的纹理方向和轮廓图按照一定的方法进行叠加,得到铅笔画图像。实验结果表明,与以往算法相比,能够更快速地将输入图像转换为铅笔画,取得令人满意的效果。
