Abstract: This paper takes axle steel variety of some steelmaking plant as study object.From three respects:process statistical quality control,process capability investigation and sampling inspection scheme design,the method to accomplish such tasks using Minitab software is developed.By this method,distribution of process quality index is analyzed,quality consistence between different production teams is evaluated,process quality control state is judged,process capability and its adjustment effect are analyzed,sampling inspection scheme is designed and its implement is also analyzed.The application result shows its effectiveness.

摘要: 以某炼钢车间车轴钢品种为对象,考虑工序统计质量控制、工序能力调查分析及抽检方案设计三个方面,设计了应用Minitab软件完成工序质量指标分布状况分析,班组质量水平一致性评估,工序受控状况判断,工序能力分析及调整效果分析,产品批抽检方案设计及实施等相关质量控制任务的方法。应用结果表明方法在工序质量控制方面的有效性。
