Dynamic load-balancing algorithm in storage area network

存储区域网络的动态负载均衡算法研究

Abstract: This paper presents a dynamic load-balancing algorithm CLA(Critical Loading Algorithm) for the characteristics of the load change in storage area network.The algorithm can accurately evaluate the current load state by using load state value and can efficiently avoid the occurring of the overloading phenomenon by adjusting critical factor.All the parameters that will be used in the algorithm can be acquired by simulated test.Experiment results provide that CLA has the evident effect in the phenomenon of lots of requests arriving.

摘要: 针对存储区域网络(SAN)中负载变化的特性,提出了一种临界值动态任务负载分配算法。通过负载状态值准确地反映SAN中当前负载情况;通过调整临界因子来避免服务器重载的现象;通过测试获得算法中所需的参数,使配置更为简单合理。实验结果显示,该算法对大数据大密度的任务访问效果明显。
