Cylindricity error evaluation of pipe in industrial CT images

工业CT图像的管道圆柱度误差测量

Abstract: In order to measure the cylindricity error of the pipe which is in the internal part of a workpiece,this paper studies a cylindricity error evaluation method based on industrial CT images.Firstly,a point on the surface of the pipe’s cross section is specified.Then the edge points of the pipe are extracted by Facet model.The cylindricity error can be obtained by the least square cylinder.The results of the experiment based on industrial CT images indicate that the method can obtain the cylindricity error of the workpiece accurately.Furthermore,it is a non-contact measurement method with wide application.

摘要: 针对工件内部管道圆柱度误差测量的问题,研究了一种基于工业CT图像的圆柱度误差测量方法。在工业CT图像中指定待检测管道横截面上的一点,运用Facet模型提取该点所在目标的边缘点。在已知所有边缘点信息的基础上采用最小二乘圆柱法求得管道的圆柱度误差。对实际工业CT图像的实验表明,该方法可以较为准确地获得工件内部管道的圆柱度误差,且具有非接触,应用范围广等优点。
