视频镜头边界检测整体方案的设计与实现

Abstract: DC image sequences can be extracted from MPEG coded stream without fully decoding and are robust against noise and small motion influences when computing feature differences between frames.So in this paper,we design and develop a general detecting scheme for cut transition and gradual transition based on processing of DC image sequences rather than the decoded image sequences.Experiment results show that this scheme performs well for both cut and gradual transition detection.

摘要: 由于DC系数不需要完全解码就能从MPEG码流中容易地提取且采用DC系数恢复的图像在计算帧间特征值差时能克服小运动的影响,同时具有抗噪声干扰的特性,基于对DC图像序列的处理,设计并实现了针对切变和渐变的整体检测方案。实验结果表明该方案对这两种镜头边界均能取得良好的检测效果。
