Design of fatigue life analysis for unmanned aerial vehicle transported on camion based on self-adaptive algorithm

基于自适应算法的车载无人机的疲劳寿命分析

Abstract: Engineers need the special software for predicting fatigue life of unmanned aerial vehicle transported on camion under excitation of random road surfaces in order to reduce greatly the amount of testing otherwise needed.According to the theories of fatigue life prediction,the authors develop the corresponding fatigue life analysis software.Concretely,the traditional local stress-strain approach is adopted.For solving the nonlinear equation and system of nonlinear equations of the traditional local stress-strain approach,in term of the excitation difference among the A,B,C and D level road surface,the self-adaptive algorithm is presented.Finally,the authors use the self-adaptive algorithm to predict the fatigue life for an unmanned aerial vehicle transported on camion in a type of task section.

摘要: 根据基本的疲劳分析理论和解非线性方程及方程组的数值分析的算法,设计了一种自适应算法对无人机在路面激励下的疲劳寿命进行预测。并应用该算法对一种车载无人机在典型任务剖面下的疲劳寿命进行了预测。
