精确寄生参数提取软件设计和实现

Abstract: The interconnection parasitic extraction has already become an indispensable part to the ULSI(Ultra Large Scale Integrated Circuit) design.Along with the evolvement of technology,the requirement of accuracy and speed has been much higher.In this paper,the software design and realization of an accurate parasitic extraction based on 3D field solver has been described.And the experiment indicates that this software could extract the parasitic conveniently and precisely.

摘要: 在超大规模集成电路设计中,互连线寄生参数提取已经成为必不可少的一个环节,并且随着工艺进步对寄生参数提取精度和速度都提出更高要求。论文描述了一款基于3D场解决器的精确寄生参数提取软件设计与实现方法,试验表明该软件能够方便精确地完成寄生参数提取。
