Single-source traffic flow data quality control algorithm and program design

单源交通流数据质量控制算法设计与程序实现

Abstract: This paper aims to realize the program design on the single-source traffic flow data quality control algorithm based on the value-calculation theory.First,the paper conducts the program flow design,including the data retrieving module,the data identification module,the data imputing module,the data storage module and the data output module.All the five modules keep communication and operate on the order of data flow direction.Further,the paper proposes the detailed program operation process,especially dwells on the two key modules including the data identification module and data imputing module.Finally,case studies are carried out on the Beijing’s expressway field traffic flow data and the results demonstrate that the program design can meet the demand of the algorithm design.Thus,the designed program will improve the level of automation and efficiency in the data quality control field.

摘要: 针对基于数值计算理论的单源交通流数据质量控制算法作程序实现。首先进行程序流程设计,包括数据读取模块、数据识别模块、数据修正模块、数据存储模块和数据输出模块五部分,各模块间相互联系,按照数据流的方向结合在一起按顺序使用。其次,给出了详细的总体程序工作流程,并且针对其中的两个核心模块给出了具体的工作流程。最后,针对北京市实时交通流数据进行了检验,结果表明程序设计实现了算法设计的要求,并且极大改进了质量控制的自动化程度,提高了质量控制的工作效率。
