Research on reference model for lightweight grid platform

Abstract: The current OGSA based grid platforms are built with a feature-rich structure,such that the requirements of any grid application only need a subset of the complete list provided by the platform,and lack support for self-adaptive,reconfiguration and re-deployment.This paper presents a component-based and service-oriented reference model that can be used to design lightweight grid platform over Internet.The paper deeply discusses the architecture and some concepts about reference model,and an ontology-based interaction mechanism between components is studied.At last,a performance analytical model based on layered queuing networks and a reliability analytical model based on depending relations are studied.Finally,future research directions of the reference model are put forward.

摘要: 基于OGSA的网格平台具有“富特征(feature-rich)”结构,软件冗余度高,在适应性、重配置和重部署等方面具有很大局限性。以构件作为功能实现载体,以服务作为功能组织手段,提出了一种用于指导Internet环境下轻量级网格平台建设的参考模型。深入地阐述了参考模型的有关概念和工作过程,分析了基于本体的构件交互机制,建立了基于分层排队网络的性能分析模型和基于依赖关系的可靠性分析模型;最后,总结和展望了参考模型的研究工作。
