Technology of synchronized data acquisition in transmission fault diagnosis

Abstract: According to the requirements of the transmission fault diagnosis system’s real-time performance,an acquisition method that synchronizes the rotational speed signal and the vibration signal is proposed.It realizes uniform angular sampling when the shaft moves in variable motion.Different from existing methods,the method makes the rotational speed signal to be the master during the process of data acquisition for it can reduce the work of data processing and improve efficiency.The method is based on the DAQmx driver of National Instrument corporation(NI)and is implemented by VB language.

摘要: 根据汽车变速箱性能检测系统的实时性高的需要,提出了一种基于NI公司的DAQmx的多通道数据同步采集方法,实现了在变速运动下转速信号和振动信号的精确等角度同步采集。该方法以转速信号为主控,同以往的以振动信号做主控相比,可以更精确地按指定数据量完成采集任务,减少后期的数据处理工作,提高工作效率。该方法基于NI公司的DAQmx驱动,用VB语言实现,具有更好的兼容性和可扩展性。
