A delay-driven cross-layer routing approach

Abstract: The cross-layer routing model and algorithm based on delay-driven are proposed for the special delay request of WCDL(Weapon Cooperation Data Link).In the model,nodes can select the next hop with the minimum delay by learning the information from different layers and adjacent nodes.The results provide important insights that DDCR(Delay-Driven Cross-Layer Routing) approach can achieve less delay than the Bellman-Ford routing approach,and it can satisfy the low-delay request of WCDL well.

摘要: 针对武器协同数据链对低时延数据传输的特殊需求,提出了一种基于时延驱动的跨层路由模型和路由方法(Delay-Driven Cross-Layer Routing,DDCR)。在该模型中,利用临近节点反馈信息以及层间的信息交互,使节点能够选择具有最小时延的下一跳。仿真验证表明,与Bellman-Ford最短路径路由算法相比,提出的方法显著降低了网络端到端时延,从而满足了武器协同级别的路由需求。
