Abstract: The flood disaster information has many characteristics such as frequent updating,various sorts and huge contents.A flood disaster evaluation optimal system was established with MVC software exploitation mode and AAF.The flood disaster can be estimated quickly and through multi-aspects by the system.Aiming at the difference of the results,AHP method was introduced in this paper and it established a general optimal model which re-optimized the multi-types estimation results.The model presents a more scientific method for fighting flood and decreasing disaster decision-making.The system is very stable and creditable and the optimal results are more comprehensive and representative by experiment.

摘要: 针对防汛工作中信息更新频繁、信息量庞大、信息种类繁多的问题,按照J2EE的标准,采用MVC软件开发模式,以AAF为开发框架,建立了一套扩展性强、维护方便和代码重复利用率高的洪水灾情评估优化系统。该系统实现了对灾情进行多角度、实时快速的评估,并且针对结果的差异性,引入AHP法,创建了综合优化模型,对多种评估结果进行了再优化,为抗洪减灾的决策提供了一种更科学有效的方法。通过实例验证,表明该系统稳定可靠,优化结果信息量全面,更具有代表性。
