Abstract: In view of the actual situation of development of government websites in China，this paper presents the user oriented index system for government website evaluation and determines the weights of indexes with AHP.And then，the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to measure the performance of government websites.
摘要： 针对我国政府网站建设和发展的实际情况，从用户的观点出发，建立政府网站评估指标体系，并运用层次分析法确定评估指标权重。最后，利用模糊综合评估法对政府网站进行综合评估。
