Abstract: It is introduced that an efficient fitting algorithm for Active Appearance Models(AAM) based on the inverse compositional image alignment algorithm.Firstly,it is presented the content of inverse compositional algorithm and clarified the problems of applying it in AAM fitting.And then,by comparing the original AAM fitting algorithm and inverse compositional AAMs in an experiment,it is testified that inverse compositional AAM is more efficient than the original one.
摘要: 介绍了一种基于反向合成图像对齐算法的AAM匹配算法。首先对反向合成算法的内容及其在AAM匹配过程中需要注意的问题进行了阐述,然后通过实验,分别应用反向合成算法和原始AAM匹配算法对一定数量的图像进行匹配,验证了反向合成算法的有效性。
