自控天车定位精度的研究与实现

Abstract: The location accuracy of overhead travelling crane is improved based on error compensation.To begin with analysis of error sources,as for main error source,the causality and effect have been analyzed.The error compensation methods corresponding to relevant main error sources have been discussed by different means.The error compensation algorithm that has been designed according to the research results have been applied to compensating location accuracy of overhead travelling crane.The simulation experiment validates that the algorithm is effective.Through a large number of on-site tests,the maximal error of actual position and ideal position is +2.6 cm,which well satisfies the need of production.

摘要: 基于误差补偿方式提高天车系统的定位精度。从误差源分析入手,分析了引起天车运行定位精度的原因及其对天车定位精度的影响,采用软件方式进行针对性补偿。根据研究的误差补偿算法设计了铝型材氧化着色及电泳生产线的天车系统,经过几个月的生产实践验证,该自动天车在运行过程中,实际运行位置与理想定位点的最大偏差不超过2.6 cm。实践证明采用该方法设计的天车系统运行稳定,能够满足生产实际对天车系统的行程精度要求。
