Abstract: Puts forward a market-mechanism based multiagent negotiation model in the background of raw material configuration in electronic marketplace.Through using the everyday price in material electronic marketplace，gives a neural-based algorithm to predict the price in next negotiation iteration.Thus，the enterprise agents exhibit proactive actions.The simulation indicates the model promote the validity of market mechanism.

摘要： 基于市场交互机制建立电子市场原料配置问题的多智能体协商模型，利用原料电子市场的价格交易数据，基于神经网络的方法在每个协商步预测下一协商步的原料价格，使企业智能体表现出一定的预动性，仿真实验表明该模型提高了市场在配置资源方面的有效性。
