Abstract: Based on sorting cluster algorithm,a model of OOCTPN is constructed.The goal of cluster analysis is to accomplish assigned production task with the lowest cost or shortest time.Then colored token is used to control the production process.Then the complete OOCTPN simulating model is generated.The model which can be regenerated quickly by selecting or modifying appropriate pre-defined modeling objects when agile manufacturing cell is reconfigured.Finally,an example is given.
摘要: 基于排序聚类算法,提出了一种面向对象的有色赋时Petri网(OOCTPN)的仿真模型。首先用排序聚类算法对生产任务进行生产流程分析,排出最小成本或者最短时间的生产流程;然后按照之前排好的流程用有色托肯进行控制,做出基于面向对象技术的有色赋时仿真模型。这种模型具有高度的柔性和可重用性,在生产单元发生变化时,有利于快速地重新构建仿真模型。最后,使用实例加以说明。
