不确定性区域系统的鲁棒控制

Abstract: Compartmental models have been successfully used to model biomedical and pharmacokinetical systems.The purpose of this paper is to present a positive robust control law for the feedback stabilisation of mass control for a class of positive compartmental systems which is under the presence of uncertainties,the proposed control law is Lyapunov-based and the closed-loop system is global asymptotic stable.The performance of mass control is illustrated for the case of neuromuscular blockade control of patients undergoing surgery,compared with other control law by simulations.

摘要: 区域模型已经成功应用于模拟生物医学和药物代谢动力学系统中。针对一类具有参数不确定性的正定区域系统,对其质量控制的反馈稳定性提出了一种新的正定鲁棒控制律,该控制律基于李亚普诺夫稳定性理论并且闭环系统满足全局渐进稳定性。通过术后病人神经肌肉阻滞控制的具体实例对其质量控制的性能进行了分析,并通过仿真与其他控制律的性能进行了比较。
