Abstract

Abstract: This paper divides mobile service into different levels and optimizes the QoS auto-adapted to 3G net edge based on dynamic changes of network resource.The arithmetic is realized,which is proved valid.The plan can reduce the service lose rate and the transmission delays.

摘要： 将移动业务分成不同的QoS等级，并在3G网络边缘根据网络资源的动态变化对业务的QoS等级进行自适应调整。给出了具体的实现算法并通过仿真证明了算法的有效性，即可有效降低丢失率和传输时延。
