Abstract: Discussion of the measurement of the information packet time delay in the Internet It is discussed that the time delay is serious in the network, and it seriously influences the precision of the time calibration in the Internet. A new method is presented in this paper it can accurately measure the time delay of information package in the network. Point out that this method is important for time services and network communication.
