实现测地线活动轮廓模型的改进变分水平集方法

Abstract: In the classical level set method of implementing geodesic active contours model,upwind scheme is adopted.It needs small time step and re-initialization for every few iterations,so it is inefficient.Accordingly,this paper introduces a variational level set method based on geodesic active contours.Through introducing an enforcement for level set function,re-initialization is never needed.By experiment,the result shows that this method is effective and stable.

摘要: 传统的实现测地线活动轮廓(Geodesic Active Contour,GAC)模型的水平集方法中,采用迎风方案作数值求解,需要使用足够小的时间步长,在曲线演化的过程中需要重新初始化,故效率低,据此,给出一种基于测地线活动轮廓模型的变分水平集方法,引入了一个水平集函数的强制项,避免了重新初始化,简化了初始化的工作,通过实验证明了这种方法是有效的,稳定的。
