基于多项式插值的3G无线视频错误隐藏算法

Abstract: In wireless video applications,frame loss is a common thing due to the high rate of error.The traditional methods of error concealment are not applicable to deal with the issue of frame loss.This paper proposes an error concealment algorithm based on polynomial interpolation,which uses cubic polynomial to predict and fit the motions of objects.The proposed method can overcome the shortcomings of the conventional methods,such as inaccurate estimations in dramatic scenes.Experimental results show that our algorithm can handle frame loss within different movements intensity and obtain higher PSNR and better visual effects.

摘要: 在无线视频应用中,由于误码率很高,极易造成丢帧的情况,传统的错误隐藏方法对这种情况不适用。针对丢帧的情况,提出了一种基于多项式插值原理的错误隐藏算法,该方法利用三次多项式来拟合物体的运动,克服了以往方法对剧烈运动场景估计不准确的缺点。实验表明,该方法能较好地解决不同运动剧烈程度下的丢帧问题,使解码图像获得较高的PSNR和较好的视觉效果。
