基于Linux的人机界面可重构通信设计与实现

Design and realization of reconfigurable communication in human-machine interface based on Linux

摘要: 人机界面在工业控制领域有很大的应用空间,由于PLC厂家众多且通信协议互不兼容,因此开发一种占用最少量资源但能实现最多种通信协议的人机界面产品具有重大意义。通过对松下等PLC串口通信分析,设计了一种基于Linux操作系统的可重构通信方案,为人机界面串行通信预留软件接口,实现了人机界面与多种PLC通信互连。

Abstract: Human-machine interface is widely applied in the industrial control field.However the diversity and the incompatibility of the PLCs,it’s meaningful to develop a human-machine interface production which occupies the least resource but realizes the most kinds of protocols.Through the analysis of PLCs serial communication protocols such as Matsushita,this paper proposes a designation based on Linux that can reconfigure the serial communication.It reserves abundant serial communication interfaces,and realizes the serial communication between HMI and several PLCs.
