摘要: 针对现代生产流水线作业高效、稳定特点,设计了一种基于S3C6410处理器和WINCE6.0系统为核心的新型喷码机控制系统。采用模块化的思想对喷码机的电源电路进行了设计并完成了其他外围电路的硬件实现。利用Platform Builder完成了XJ128喷头驱动的开发和DM9000A网卡驱动的集成设计并定制了WINCE6.0操作系统。通过VS2005采用多线程编程技术进行了人机界面开发。实验结果表明该系统运行稳定可靠,喷印图像清晰,满足了生产厂商对高效率喷码机系统的要求。

Abstract: According to the efficient and stable characteristics of modern production assembly line work, a kind of new inkjet printer control system is designed which uses S3C6410 processor and WINCE6.0 operating system as its core. By adopting the idea of modularization, the inkjet printer power supply circuit is designed and finished the design of other peripheral circuit. Using the Platform Builder, it completes the development of the XJ128 print-head driver and the integrated design of the DM9000A driver, meanwhile the WINCE6.0 operating system is customized. VS2005 software is used for human-machine interface development by adopting multithreaded programming technique. The experimental results prove that the inkjet printer control system runs stable and reliable, the image printed is very clear, meet the requirement of the manufacturer.
