摘要: 利用收集到的1 000多例肺癌病人的临床数据,把支持向量机算法应用到对肺癌病人生存期分类预测中,并和神经网络算法进行了对比分析,探讨了用网格搜索法来选择最佳核参数的方法,讨论了肺癌生存期预测的可行性。
Abstract: According to more than one thousand of lung cancer examples,the paper applies the support vector machines algorithms to the survival time analysis of lung cancer patients.The paper also compares with the neural network algorithm,and discusses grid searching method to choose the best kernel parameters and the feasibility of the survival time prediction for lung cancer.
