地形图上的等值跟踪标记算法

摘要: 应用经典的分水岭算法来分割粘连细胞图像时,等值淹没方式显得更为合理。提出了一种有效的等值淹没分割算法。先从二值化并作距离变换后的图像中找到种子点,然后对各种子点进行等值跟踪,边跟踪边分类处理标记,最后实现分割。实验证明,该算法分割效果好且速度较快。

Abstract: Equivalent submerge will be more reasonable to separate overlapping cell by using watershed algorithm.An effective segmenting algorithm using equivalent submerge is presented.Firstly,the seed points are searched from the distance image.Then every seed point is equivalent traced,at the same time,it is assorted and marked.At last,they are separated.The experiment result shows this algorithm can separate clustered cells well and fast.
