摘要: 研究了带模糊参数的战时紧缺资源调度问题。构建需求点优先度评价指标体系,提出了基于层次聚类的需求点分类及排序方法。建立并求解战时紧缺资源调度的多目标模糊规划模型,依据及时更新的战场信息依次实现各类需求点的资源动态调度。通过仿真实例中两类调度方案的对比,表明了分类调度方案的可行性和优越性。

Abstract: This paper studies the battlefield dispatching problem of scare military resources with fuzzy parameters. The precedence evaluation system of requirement spot is built. The requirement spot grouping and sorting method is proposed based on hierarchical clustering. The fuzzy programming of allocation is established and the dynamic resources dispatching is realized in the order of priority of demand point groups. The comparison between the two methods is given in the numerical example and the feasibilities and advantages of the “sorting dispatching” method are highlighted.
