基于模糊PID的CVT车辆非稳态速比控制

摘要: 针对发动机负荷特性和转速调节特性,提出了CVT目标速比的确定方法。按照质量集中法建立了简化的CVT传动系模型,在Simulink平台下建立了整车仿真模型。针对车辆非稳态工况下PID速比控制的缺点,结合Fuzzy的控制原理,提出了Fuzzy-PID速比控制策略。依据整车模型对车辆进行了非稳态工况的仿真研究。结果表明,Fuzzy-PID速比控制不仅在车辆稳态工况并在非稳态工况下都能使实际速比良好地跟踪目标速比。

Abstract: Aiming at the engine’s part throttle characteristics and governor control characteristics, this paper proposes methods to determine the target speed ratio of CVT. A simplified model of CVT system is established based on concentrated mass method and a simulation model of the vehicle is built on the Simulink platform. In allusion to the shortcomings of vehicle PID speed ratio control in non-steady-state conditions and combined with the fuzzy control theory, a fuzzy-PID CVT ratio control strategy is proposed. On the basis of the established vehicle model, the vehicle in unsteady conditions is simulated and researched. The results show that, fuzzy-PID speed control can make the actual gear ratio track the target speed ratio well both in the non-steady-state conditions and in steady-state conditions.
