摘要: 针对某靶场组合式空调机组设备现有监测手段存在的监测信息不全面、自动化程度低、交互性差、数据共享困难和故障隔离率低等问题,采用虚拟仪器、数据库和网络通信等技术,构建了基于B/S模式的组合式空调机组的网络化状态监测系统,完成了系统网络架构搭建和相关软硬件的设计开发,实现了组合式空调机组各设备运行状态及测点信息的WEB浏览、故障预警和辅助决策等功能。该系统目前一直在某靶场现场运行,效果良好,具有功能全面、人机交互性高、运行安全稳定和易于升级等优点,对实现组合式空调机组网络化监测具有应用价值和现实意义。

Abstract: This paper focuses on the questions of air-handling-unit like half-baked monitors, low-degree automation, data-share difficulty, low-rate insulation of fault and so on. The system based on B/S model is set up by applying technologies of virtual instrument, multi-threading and network-communication. Its network frame is built, and relative software and hardware are developed completely. Clients can use WEB to browse the run states of the combinational air-handling-unit’s instruments, demand history information, and know about the fault information, and make a decision by this system. For the moment, this system is running safely and stably all the way on locale. Its excellences include high human-machine alternation, convenient update and so on. This system has applied worth and realistic meaning to carrying out a network to monitor air-handling-unit.
