摘要: 在分析大规模定制系统中客户订单解耦点(Customer Order Decoupling Point,CODP)设置方式不足的基础上,提出了基于成本优化的多CODP定位思路。对基于多CODP的MC生产系统的成本构成进行了分析,给出了基于成本优化的多CODP的定位模型及算法,以某电动车生产企业为例,证明模型及算法的可行性。

Abstract: Based on the analysis of deficiency of positioning Customer Order Decoupling Point(CODP) in mass customization,this paper presents a new idea of positioning multi-CODP based on cost optimization.The paper analyzes the cost constitution of the MC system based on multi-CODP,and puts forward the positioning model and algorithm of multi-CODP based on cost optimization.This method and algorithm are verified by the manufacturing of some kind of electric bicycles.
