一种基于混沌优化的混合人口迁移算法

摘要: 针对人口迁移算法存在着收敛速度慢,易陷入局部最优和精度低等缺点,根据混沌运动具有随机性、遍历性和内在规律性的特点,利用混沌方法对人口迁移算法进行改进,提出了一种基于混沌优化机制的混合人口迁移算法。通过8个典型函数测试,测试结果表明,所提出的算法对初始值不敏感,收敛速度快,计算精度高,其性能远优于人口迁移算法。

Abstract: In view of the Population Migration Algorithm(PMA) existing some shortcomings,such as the slow convergence speed,easily falling into the local optimum value,the low convergence accuracy and so on,according to the chaotic motion with randomness,ergodicity and intrinsic regularity,this paper adopts the chaotic method to improve the PMA and proposes a hybrid PMA based on the chaos optimization mechanism.The experimental results based on the eight typical functions show that the proposed algorithm is not sensitive to the initial value,the algorithm has good convergence efficiency and high solution precision,the performance is far superior to the PMA.
