摘要: 将移动业务分成不同的QoS等级,并在3G网络边缘根据网络资源的动态变化对业务的QoS等级进行自适应调整。给出了具体的实现算法并通过仿真证明了算法的有效性,即可有效降低丢失率和传输时延。

Abstract: This paper divides mobile service into different levels and optimizes the QoS auto-adapted to 3G net edge based on dynamic changes of network resource.The arithmetic is realized,which is proved valid.The plan can reduce the service lose rate and the transmission delays.
