基于Web Service的电子印章系统

摘要: 印章在政府办公和企业事务处理中起着极为重要的作用,在对电子印章各种实现技术进行了系统研究基础上,采用面向对象的软件工程方法,结合电子印章的特点和政务办公信息系统中的签章需求,提出了一套简单、高效、安全的签章方案,详细论述了系统框架、印章原型设计、印章图形处理技术,并对系统所采用的Web Service体系结构服务器端进行了深入的研究。

Abstract: The conventional seals play an important role in the government and enterprise. Based on the systematical research on all kinds of realization methods of electronic seal, and according to the characteristics of electronic seal and the demands of the e-government-affair work information system, this paper represents a simple, efficient and safe solution of electronic seal with detailed discussion of all kinds of design technologies in the system, such as prototype of seal, image processing. At the same time, Web Service structure of server has analyzed in details. With the application of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) method, the system of the electronic seal based on Web Service architecture have been designed and implemented.
