摘要: 分析了缝制设备典型三轴联动系统的工作原理并抽象出带有约束的时空配合运动模型,进而研究了两种常用的三维协同运动控制方法的原理及其特点。基于此,提出了一种更为高效、可靠的三轴协同运动控制方法。该方法已成功运用于新型智能电子花样缝纫机。

Abstract: The principium of typical 3D-collaborative motion system of sewing equipment is analyzed in this paper, and then a motion model with restriction is abstracted. After the principle and characteristic of general methods being studied, a more reliable and efficient method is proposed, which has been used in electro-pattern sewing machine.
